This dynamic program is designed to help salespeople perform at their peak by understanding their innate talents and strengths and using them to sell more effectively. Strengths Based Selling explains sales talent and how to identify and maximize it.

Each delegate will receive a code to the world-renowned Clifton StrengthsFinder assessment, which reveals their unique talents and strengths. Thereafter, each salesperson is taught how to apply their talents at each step of the entire selling process.

The program also includes ACTION ITEMS that will help the salesperson to make the most of their strengths in sales.

(Training/coaching available one-on-one for individual salespeople, or as a combination of group and one-on-one for sales teams)

A strengths-based approach can help a salesperson in the following ways:

  1. Utilizing innate talents and strengths to do sales.
  2. Focusing on positive attributes rather than negative ones.
  3. Identifying and developing the strengths of salespeople.
  4. Allowing people to see themselves at their best in order to see their own value.
  5. Valuing the capacity, skills, knowledge, connections, and potential in individuals and communities.
  6. Improving individual sales performance by setting concrete goals, documenting success, and taking a creative approach to problem-solving.

By focusing on strengths, a salesperson can improve their performance, build their confidence, and develop a more positive mindset. This approach can also help sales managers identify and develop the strengths of their team members, leading to a more productive and engaged sales force.
